Give us a call for free advice. You are under no obligation and we will not call you back unless you want us to. We will ask a few simple questions and if you want we will come round and do a survey. One of the main things to find out is if the stairs can be fitted and that they conform to the building regulations. We can give you a price based on what you want in your loft, (dormers or roof windows, how many rooms ect).

To keep the cost of your loft conversion down, you may be interested in doing part of the work yourself or using a family member or friend to do it for you. This could be an electrician, plumber or plasterer. You could perhaps do the insulation, lay the floor, fix the plasterboard or any other work you think you could handle. We would give you instructions on how best to tackle the work and would help you if you got into difficulty.
We offer a carpentry and joinery service. All the stairs for the loft conversions are made by us. We also undertake all aspects of structural carpentry and joinery, garage conversions, porches, install fitted bedroom furniture, fitted kitchens, decking, laminate, engineered and hardwood flooring.
We are Essex based builders with over 40 years experience in the constuction industry and are time served carpenters. All staircases are made by ourselves to suit each individual job. We never sub contract the work. In our team we have Corgi registered plumbers, part p qualified electricians, first class plasterers and ceramic tilers.

We have constructed loft conversions in most areas of essex. If you want to view a loft conversion in your area or one that matches the style you require, we have lots of clients who are willing to let you view the completed work and talk to them in person . We will arrange for you to meet them you can talk to them on your own without us being present.
